The short version: Carerio helps you write and rehearse, you stay responsible for what you send to an employer, and you can leave whenever you like.
The service is provided by TUNET LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13472660, with its registered office at 117 Waldeck Street, Reading, England, RG1 2RF. You can reach us through the support form or email alex@tunet.xyz.
These terms are between you and TUNET LTD. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to have an account.
Carerio uses AI to draft cover letters, rewrite CV content, answer application questions, run mock interviews and suggest negotiation approaches. All of it is a starting point for your judgement, not a substitute for it.
Carerio is currently in public beta. Features may evolve and errors or interruptions may occur. Beta status does not exclude your statutory rights or our obligation to provide paid services with reasonable care and skill. Keep a copy of documents that matter to you and check AI output before using it.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the support form if you think someone else has access to it.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will explain why when we do.
Your CV and everything you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to send the relevant parts to the AI provider described in our privacy notice so it can generate what you asked for. We do not use your content to train our own models. We do not send applications to employers for you. Optional coach sharing and contributions to the interview-question bank happen only when you choose them, as explained in our privacy notice.
Review the price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes at checkout before paying. See Cancellation & refunds for your cooling-off rights and a model cancellation form. Simply using the service does not waive those rights. You can save or print these terms for your records.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of this agreement or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Carerio is a preparation tool, not a recruitment service: it does not guarantee interviews, employment or salary outcomes. Nothing here removes remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time; that ends this agreement and removes your account data as described in the privacy notice, subject to lawful retention of billing, support and security records. Account deletion is not an automatic refund request. We may close an account that breaches these terms, with notice and an explanation unless the law prevents us giving one.
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before they apply, and you may cancel renewal if you do not wish to continue. Changes do not remove rights you already have for a paid period.
Contact us through the support form or the postal details on our legal and contact page to raise a complaint. Describe what happened and the resolution you are seeking.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
