You can stop renewal without deleting your work. Cancelling a renewal and exercising your cooling-off rights are different — here is how each works.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or every 90 days, at the cadence shown at checkout. Open Settings in Carerio and use the billing portal to cancel before the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund an earlier charge.
If you cannot sign in or use the portal, send a billing support request. Tell us the account email and that you want to cancel. A failed portal should not prevent you from telling us to stop renewal.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you normally have 14 days from entering the subscription contract to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us clearly before that period ends using the support form or the contact details below. You do not have to use our model form.
Starting to use Carerio does not, by itself, waive your statutory cancellation rights. Any proportionate charge for service supplied during the cancellation period applies only where the law permits it and you expressly requested the service to start during that period. We do not infer that request merely from a visit to this website.
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we return it within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Your statutory rights also apply if a service is not supplied as agreed or with reasonable care and skill. Contact us with the problem and payment date so we can investigate the appropriate remedy. Nothing on this page limits those rights. If we withdraw a feature you are paying for, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the current period as set out in our terms.

Deleting your account is permanent and stops active subscriptions immediately as part of the deletion process. It does not automatically issue a refund. Export anything you need first, and contact billing support separately if you believe a refund is due. If you only want to stop paying, cancel renewal instead of deleting your account.
